Networking Luncheon

Over 70 girls in tertiary institutions studying computer science, information technology and other ICT related courses joined together for lunch. The objective of the event was to create a safe space for women entering ICT professions to ask questions and receive advice from women who currently work in the field. 

The lunch was a success and the Minister of Public Telecommunications was in attendance. Minister Hughes gave some brief remarks in which she stressed the potential for ICTs and it cross cutting applications.
