An Open day organized for students of Higher Seconday and Colleges in Maldives and also youth who are yet to make a career decision.

The participants are taken to various offices to show them the work environment, products being built/ developed and job opportunities in the area.

They would also be given the opportunity to talk to the employees, specially the female employees working in the ICT Sector.

The participants would get to visit major telecommunications companies, private software development companies and fintech companies.
