Great events are often conceived and developed through the creativity, effort and commitment of those who operate behind the scenes and away from the public eye, but whose anonymous contribution is critical to the fulfilment of new ideas and for the evolution of mindsets and minds.

We acknowledge the anonymous women who started it all, taking the first steps towards qualification, recognition and equal opportunity.

To the first anonymous women who, through their courage, guts and audacity dared to work in a sector exclusively masculine.

They are an example of the inner strength that always exists in all of us.
