Oracle as a technology leader is conscious that much needs to be done to encourage girls for careers in the growing industry of Information and Communication Technologies. Committed to nurturing a diverse and innovative workforce it plays a key role in encouraging women in STEM education and also drawing the best talent in Computer sciences to its campus. The session aims to change the narrative towards gender equality in ICT industry, change cultural stereotypes on what girls and women can do and cannot do, build aspirations among girls to enter board rooms, understand next big technologies in businesses and the careers therein and be informed on the possibilities and promise of   challenging careers and how global economy stands to benefit from it. The session will greatly benefit students from Engineering stream, BCA , MCA , basically students who have CS / ICT in their curriculum. Oracle Technocrats volunteer their time to inspire a minimum of 200 girls.
