The University College of Applied Sciences – Girls in ICT Day 2019 Gaza

On 24th April 2019 the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS) - IT department will celebrate the Girls in ICT Day.

The preparation for the day is ongoing. It will kick off with the launch of the Electronic IT Competition on the International Women's Day (8 March 2019). The results of the competition will be announced on 24 April 2019, the day of the event.

With the start of April many activities will start as well. For example:

- The IT department staffs and students  prepare a number of visits to different ICT associations in Gaza.

- The IT department prepares for a number of  seminars and workshops in different ICT trending topics.

- Many interviews with success stories in ICT will be introduced too.

- In addition the preparation of the ICT projects exhibition is ongoing.
