Training on Agritech Using ICTs for girls and young women in Thailand

Under the International Girls in ICT Day event, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), Thailand and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) conducts capacity building programmes aimed at imparting digital skills in various thematic areas to young women and girls, in Thailand. 

One of the key thematic area under this program is on enhancing digital skills of young women and girls in agriculture. This training (2nd of 2018) is organized in collaboration with Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and with support from partners including DTAC, CCKDM, NECTEC, CISCO, CP Group and GIC (AIT).

It aims to impart digital skills to girls and young women on using ICTs for agriculture.
