Coding Dojo for Girls

What is Coding Dojo? It is a very interactive pair programming task, which can be done in several programming languages. It is a real-experience-activity for university students, to program together with an Ericsson employee, a joint work where they get a feeling of agile development and learning from each other.

We launced the application on International Women's Day, promoted the program internally as well as externally (university, mail to our external talent pool, social media). The Dojo was held on 12 April.
