The Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde in partnership with a non-profit organization CV Digital, will organize the event "Girls in ICT" day in April, 25. This year the event will be celebrate with girls of high school and also University students,  all together sharing their experience in this fields.

Our main focus of this commemoration is  the consequences of bad use of technology, also we organize an workshops in robotic and arduino and  an open conversation with girls from different areas about ICT and their impact in our society.

This year we decided to celebrate the event with the girls from Salineiro High School which is a school with scarce financial resources and excluded at the level of ICT.

We also want to work on the gender issue, so we invite the President of the ICIEG (Cape Verdean Institute for Gender Equity and Equity) to the event.
