On 26th April 2018, Center of information technology in collaboration with Al Farabi school celebrated the girls in ICT Day at Al Farabi, Charra Islamabad. About 400 students from different school, colleges and universities participated in the event. Mr Ammar jaffari CEO Center of information technology and Mr Iftikar janjua warmly welcomed the participant and briefed them about Girls in ICT Day encourage them to pursue their carriers in ICTs. Students also delivered speeches on various topics if ICTs like ICT In education, ICTs like ICT In health ETC.

There was also an IOT workshop in which the student of CIT briefed the participants about the IOTs their application and displayed the various products of IOTs.
