GSMA Hong Kong Celebrates International Girls in ICT Day

GSMA is proud to be taking part in ITU’s International Girls in ICT Day as it underlines the mobile industry’s commitment to helping to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 4 (Quality Education).

In our Hong Kong office, we are hosting inspiring speakers and a one-hour mobile app coding session by First Code Academy. A group of age 12-15 girls with little digital literacy will join us, participating in the hands-on workshop and learning about the ICT industry.
