ICANNWiki's 'Women & the Net' Hack-a-thon

Join ICANNWiki's Jackie Treiber and Dustin Phillips as we celebrate Girls in ICT Day! In loose conjunction with the Internet Society's celebration of this event, we will work with participants to improve the lack of content on female leadership within the development of the Internet and its governance spaces.

We will begin with a few short presentations on the state of women in the development of the Internet--present, past and future. We'll then launch into creating content on Wikipedia and ICANNWiki on the women who have helped transform this vital resource. Expect refreshments and fun. Bring your laptops and curiosity!
