Mtinko Open School, Girls in ICT Day, Unfold digital Potential to Girls April 26,2018

In the day of Thursday April 26, 2018, Mtinko Open School at Singida region in Tanzania organized an event on ICT for  60 student girls from primary and secondary school.

Theme of the event is Unfold digital Potential to Girls. 

The aim of the event is to encourage girls and women in general to learn technology specific on ICT technologies.

The Girls in ICT day, Unfold digital Potential for Girls will having below activities;

Interactive Seminar and discussion on ICT from ICT experts and ICT teachers.

• Understanding ICT and its opportunities.
• Introducing digital divide in different aspects and how to reduce digital divide.

Experiment and practices in cloud services.

Form ICT Club to give chance for girls to discuss ICT issues and practice as only few schools are having computer labs.
