Oracle is committed to advancing STEM education and wants to generate excitement and build aspiration among students for science and mathematics.

The International Girls in ICT day celebrations provides a great opportunity to get young women excited to pursue careers in ICT and change the industry landscape. 

To be able to promote greater social progress in the world, it is imperative to increase access to information and communication technology. Equally important is to share with the student community where jobs abound in a rapidly digitizing world.For eg IT support, Data sciences & Business Intelligence, Cyber security, Robotics, AI , IOT among others.

The interaction will lay special focus on women entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Oracle StartUp Cloud Accelerator team. Others areas of discussion will aim to plug the leaky pipeline of girls leaving scientific careers and the greater problem of career building.

Women entrepreneurs from the Oracle Supported Ecosystem, Oracle technocrats and leaders from start up community in India will interact @ JSSAcademy of Technical Education Noida (JSSATEN) from 10 am to 1.15 pm on 23 April,2018. There will be fun ICT games and discussion on Next Big Things in Technology  for businesses and careers
