Asikana Network, Girls in ICT Day

In celebrating International Girls in ICT day, Asikana Network is organizing an event for 50 girls from basic and high schools around Lusaka,these girls are also members of the Lubuto Library projects. The main goal is to encourage them into or to continue on with ICT subjects. A half day event has been planned for 26^th April 2018, at the Maya Angelou American corner at National Institute of Public Administration in Lusaka. The event will involve girls listening to successful women in ICT follwed by a workshop and experiment with the KANO computer kits provided by the Maya Angelou American corner and  facilitated by Asikana Network members.
