Workshop on Changing the Future by using 5G and Artificial Intelligence (Organized by GSMA Beijing Office)

The workshop engaged 18 girls from grade 10 (aged 16 years old) about ways to change the future by using 5G and Artificial Intelligence. The objective was to inform their understanding of the latest development of ICT technology and to refresh their knowledge of the mobile industry as to help them in their educational and career choices later in life.

Speakers included Professor Zhang Min from the Computer Science Department of Tsinghua University, who was invited to unveil the development of AI. Sihan and Jessie Chang from GSMA shared the mobile technology’s development from 1G to 5G and its huge impact to the digital society.
