Providing digital literacy skills for young women - Department of Information and Communications Technology of the Philippines

As part of the Girls in ICT Day campaign, the Department of Information and Communications Technology of the Philippines organized a Computer and Internet Literacy Course for 20 young women in Metro Manila, which was conducted for five days (40 hours). The efforts are aimed at providing digital literacy skills for these young women thereby increasing the opportunities for their insertion in the tech world workforce.
