Girls in ICT Rwanda has partnered with the Smart Africa Secretariat to expand the competition to all its 17 member states with winner crowned at Ms. Geek Africa.  Finalists shall be selected by Girls in ICT and Smart Africa Secretariat and shall undergo a week long training.  The Top 10 shall be selected at the end of the training and compete on 10^th May where 5 finalists shall move on to the finale.  On May 11^th, the Top 5 shall compete and winner shall be announced on May 12^th on the final day of Transform Africa.  Each of the finalists, shall be the Ms. Geek 2017 of their respective countries.
