REPORT ON INTERNATIONAL GIRLS IN ICT DAY AT TOLLYGUNGE GOVT. ITI

To promote enrollment and interest of Girls in ICT related courses , " Girls in ICT day " has been observed in Tollygunge Government ITI on 25th April , 2019 at 11.30 AM . The celebration has covered with Job Interview , Quiz Competition among Girl Trainee , Cultural event and speech of the representative of Industries

The program was inaugurated at 11:40 AM  by the Deputy Director of Industrial Training , In charge of Tollygunge Government ITI with his inaugural speech towards the girl students. After that Mrs. Mousumi Dutta, HR person of Chandrani Compliments and Export Pvt. Limited addressed the gathering with her valuable speech regarding the involvement of girl students in software industry.

All the girl Trainees are introduced themselves in the house and expressed their knowledge in ICT sector

Finally a quiz contest based on the questionnaire in ICT sector was organized at 1:00 pm. It was conducted by our women staff members. Total 54 girl students from all trades were participated in that quiz contest and they were responded very good and enjoyed a lot.

The girl Trainees namely Priya prosad , Machinist trade, Mitali Biswas ,COPA trade and Ratna Mallick , Wireman trade hold the 1^st,2^nd & 3^rd position respectively in the said Quiz Competition  and they were awarded and felicitated in the programme.All other participants are awarded with consolation prizes.
