Digital Serve @ The Girls’ Brigade 8th Annual Friendship Day 2018

At the 8th Annual Friendship Day on 14 July 2018, the girls from The Girls' Brigade were given the opportunity to learn coding and digital making with the micro:bit. This is a collaboration between the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) under the Digital Maker programme and The Girls’ Brigade, to encourage the girls to create and serve the community with technology.  It was heartening to see that the girls enjoyed the digital making workshops and hope that they will continue to acquire and develop digital skills that can spark off creative innovations.
