Engineering, skilled trades, IT, the natural sciences, or innovative careers of the future: at EUREGIO Girls’ Day, girls have the opportunity to explore exciting careers that are often still considered “typically male professions.”On this special event day, companies, businesses, research institutions, and organizations in the state of Salzburg as well as in the districts of Berchtesgadener Land and Traunstein open their doors and offer insights into their daily work. Participants can try things out for themselves, ask questions, and talk with professionals. This helps them discover career fields they may not have considered yet when choosing their education or career path.EUREGIO Girls’ Day aims to support girls in discovering their talents and interests free from gender stereotypes. After all, career choices should not depend on whether one is a girl or a boy, but rather on what brings joy and what skills one possesses. The next EUREGIO Girls’ Day will take place on April 22, 2027.
