In 2025, we successfully established a global platform for engagement by bringing together women from Zimbabwe, USA, Kenya and Lebanon. This year, we are evolving that platform into a catalyst for cross-generational knowledge transfer. Veteran leaders in their 40s provide the strategic foundation and ethical compass for the ICT industry, we recognize that to inspire a girl today, she must see a version of her immediate future.This year, we are intentionally illuminating the voices of the younger early-career trailblazers in ICT and related fields such as Mechatronics, Cybersecurity, Electronic Engineering and so forth. This kind of mentorship, will move beyond abstract role models to peer-proximate inspiration. Our mission is to prove that the path from student to innovator is not only possible but within reach. We will bridge the gap between established expertise (experience) and emerging talent, we are empowering the next generation to shift their focus from passive technology consumption to constructive technology development, ensuring a secure, inclusive, and innovative digital future for all.
