Description of the event
The meeting point between the fields of artificial intelligence and sustainable development is one of the most important changes to the contemporary governance and social influence. This event will go beyond the theoretical debates and give a real roadmap on how intelligent systems can serve as multipliers of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with a particular focus on the key pillars of education, gender equality, economic growth and industrial innovation.SDG 4 (Quality Education) is among the priorities on our agenda as we explore the role of generative models and adaptive learning platforms in democratizing access to high-quality education. We will speak about ways to make curriculum personalized on a large scale so that students in underserved areas will get the same quality of education as students in the technological centres. At the same time we are addressing SDG 5 (Gender Equality) by combating the digital gender gap. The participants will examine how AI can be used to make the internet safer to women and girls without having to compromise with the historical biases of the past. We hope to create a future in which technology is a service to all people.
