Despite the rapid growth of the STEM and ICT sectors, girls remain underrepresented due to limited access, confidence gaps and lack of exposure to technology-driven career pathwaysOur Girls in ICT Day Celebration serves as a strategic event to bridge this gap by inspiring, equipping and empowering girls to pursue careers in STEM and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). By fostering confidence, building skills and showcasing emerging technologies, the event aims to cultivate a new generation of digitally empowered and innovative young women.
