Description of the event
|
From the BBC we are hosting 6 events simultaneously in the following locations: London, Salford, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and Newcastle.Each location is inviting 24-32 girls, between the age of 12 to 14 years old. Each location is hosting workshops on STEM (AI, Broadcasting, Radio, TV, Streaming technologies, Information Security, R&D...) to showcase women in those fields and show what they could do too.As part of the event, we also run a panel, where the girls get to see the girls in other cities and talk to relevant women in STEM, from the BBC, ITU and EBU.
