Description of the event
|
BiLDD is a six weeks Digital Literacy programme focusing on the introduction to computer, basic Computer skills and Cyber Saftey taught to a group of Young girls ages ranging from 14-17. The training is Supplemented with a session of the Sustainable Development Goals.The training took part 3 times a week with 6 Instructors ensuring a hands on learning process!The training curriculum focused highly on practical sessions with in class assignments and home work that was assessed as the programme progressed We included young women in university taking ICT related courses to be part of the training as they would also be mentors for the girls
