Girls In ICT Day will envision ensuring a broader ICT spectrum development through joint stakeholder-Engagement in improving ICT initiatives for Women & Girls in Uganda & South Sudan for a collective responsibility in making ICT trainings and career pathways available to learning institutions, communities and leveraging affordable ICT waivers to support rural and urban girls in accessing knowledge and skills development for a better society.

Trident Youth Engagement Uganda in partnership with Safetycomm South Sudan will hold a joint webinar to discuss digital Inclusion for Women and Girls in Uganda and South Sudan to accelerate participation for these communities with a target focusing on girls from 13-25 years with the goal to train them on better access to ICT skills and online safety for their online engagements. The two organizations have a track record of cybersecurity trainings and capacity building awareness to ensure a better community engagement with informed decisions in internet safety for a better and inclusive interaction.
