Google Developer Students Club - Vishwakarma Government Engineering College is pleased to announce the upcoming "International Girls in ICT Day Celebration," which will take place on the 27th of April, 2023, at the A-Block Auditorium. The event, which is exclusively for girls, aims to empower and encourage young women to explore opportunities in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and highlight the importance of gender equality. Held annually on the fourth Thursday of April by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the event features Dr. Shakti Mishra, Professor and Head of the CSE Department at Pandit Deendayal Energy University(PDEU), as the guest speaker. With a range of informative talks and engaging activities, the event promises to be an excellent opportunity for participants to learn, grow, and network with like-minded individuals. GDSC VGEC's "International Girls in ICT Day Celebration" is a valuable initiative that aims to inspire and empower young women to pursue their dreams in the ICT industry, promoting the growth and development of the industry.
