Description of the event
|
The Taguspark campus will feature hands-on activities and demonstrations aimed at school audiences, in particular secondary education in the region of Oeiras. The initiative comes from the GirlSteam@ISTTaguspark project that seeks to encourage girls and young women to consider studies and careers in the areas of STEAM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics ). This year we will have around 15 different activities and workshops, exploring the wide variety of areas 10º Viver a Cultura: Exposição ELás 3D As part of the celebration of the International Day of Girls in ICT, the tenth edition of Viver a Cultura brings us, once again, the exhibition “ELÁs 3D”, from April 26 to May 3. During these days, an attempt is made to demonstrate, through artistic languages with social impact, the protagonism of important female figures who, many times, were consigned to invisibility, while they lived. Thus, this exhibition stands out for creating a synergy between Art and Science and Technology, giving the possibility of knowing this harmony reflected in the works on display, through facilitating glasses to see in 3D and a QR code accessing a version of Realidade Increased
