Albania Girls in ICT in cooperation with STEM Hub Albania and the Albanian ICT Academy focus on the training of girls and women in the field of ICT. Girls ages 12-24 who are passionate about ICT and who want to know more about it as a profession will be motivated and mentored by successful women with several years of experience in this field.Special support will be given to the categories of girls and women, who especially have economic difficulties and fail to participate in ICT training due to high costs and are therefore excluded from secure employment in this field. Girls and women with social and economic difficulties or with disabilities will be given the opportunity to attend one-month training packages in Programming, Web and Digital Marketing. A category of training that will provide you with a secure profession for their future. We aim to develop the support of marginalized categories and increase their employment.
