Its focus is on technical/digital, skilled manual and scientific professions. Girls spend a few hours at a company of their choice. There, they will have the opportunity to explore new professions in several workshops, meet interesting people who work with the company, and go behind the scenes to get a closer look at the company’s activities. The exact programme and duration of the event are different for each company. The event is open to all girls aged between 11 and 16 years who go to school in Vienna, Lower Austria or Burgenland. There is no fee to participate in Vienna Daughters’ Day. The event is free both for girls and for companies.
