Every year In April, the gates of technical universities, companies and research centers are opened to girls for one day. Girls Day is an Interactive open day for girls, who have a unique chance to learn about a wide range of study fields and professions in areas such as IT, telecommunications and construction.It includes a mini-conference with a panel discussion intended for representatives of companies from STEM fields and career counselors, the aim of which is to raise awareness of gender stereotypes that girls encounter regarding their career choice. Girls Day can be attended by representatives of companies' HR departments and pedagogic staff who deal with career counseling. In the panel discussion, you will learn how companies and people from the world of career counseling approach gender-sensitive career choices in practice. Open to the public. Free, but reservation required.
