Description of the event
|
We aim to target secondary students in Grades 11-13 and the tertiary level. The first hour will feature our speakers followed by a Career Corner using virtual breakout sessions, where the girls have the opportunity to benefit from hearing first-hand about the various careers in ICT that can open doors and create access to amazing opportunities across numerous industries. The audience heard from regional movers and shakers Sheena Reid, the Group Chief Digital Officer of Victoria Mutual and Neela Kissoon, the General Manager of Operations and Technology at First Citizens.The girls also benefited from a career corner break-out session.
