On 22nd of April, GirlTHing unites girls in a series of online activities to mark the Girls in ICT day in a safe way during pandemics.The activities we plan to implement include:Online Arduino workshop - where participants will be able to get acquainted with the basics of Arduino programming through an online platform, while the educators will be students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Tuzla and also our members.Webinar with successful young women in ICT areas that will serve as an additional motivation for girls to get involved in STEM areas. An online interactive quiz for high school girls to raise awareness of women in ICT technologies as well as the basics of programming.We plan to provide adequate prizes for the best participants for each of the activities.
With four succesfull IKT women: Anida Mumić, Sanela Kalauzović, Selma Sejdinović and Edna Karajbić we will talk about their jobs, what it takes to get there and what are the responsabilities.
