In connection with the upcoming celebration of Girls in ICT 2021, IT'S HER GAME will hold the online conference for Polish female teenagers and young adults who are interested in a career in ICT with a focus on the sectors of gaming, game tech, and esports.
The event is a vital part of a strategy focused on building the role models of women who have already been successful in this sector and giving the next generation of future leaders global career perspectives.
It is essential not only to provide educational materials and content to familiarise young girls with the career opportunities in this sector but also to create the platform for interaction and connection of those who have already succeeded with those who need guidance.
Therefore, the goal of this event is to bring the IT'S HER GAME podcast guests and other female professionals from the technology world of gaming, closer to the Polish listeners of the podcast, giving them a chace to ask own questions.
