African Women In Tech Startups as a key actor and leading tech hub in Cameroon will celebrate the event from 23 to 24 of April 2021 through a virtual event. Through International Girls in ICT Day, we work build awareness about the gender digital divide, support technology education and skills training, and encourage more girls and young women to actively pursue careers in STEM.For its participation, AfricanWITS has selected 2 dates with different articulations listed below:1. Day 1: April 23, 2021 - 2:00 p.m.-Panel Talk with girls and women in Tech : “Connecting girls, creating brighter futures”-Girls in ICT Stories: Sharing the journey and activities -Panel Talk with women in ICT of AfricanWITS Tech Hub : “encouraging and inspiring girls to pursue Career in ICT“2. Day 2: April 24, 2021 - 10:00 a.m-Training session: Soft skills for girls in ICT -Co-design session: online safety.-Restitution of the co-creation workshop, by the representative of each team
