| Extend the deadline of the regulatory tax payment corresponding to march 2020 and yearly tax of 2019 in order to ease the economic damage to firms due to customer’s lack of payment derived from the state of emergency. • Context: the economic situation of many subscribers has been negatively affected with compulsory lockdown and thus, they may not be able to pay their telecom bills. On the other hand, Telecom operators are forbidden to shut down services due to lack of payment during the emergency. • Telecom operators requested some flexibility with regulatory tax payment. • Osiptel extended the due date of the monthly regulatory tax payment of March 2020 to May 11th and the annual payment of 2019 to June 10th. |
