| Issue complementary measures in order to facilitate tele-education, tele-medicine and work from home for public and private entities in the context of compulsory lockdown; delimitate service requests that customers may submit to telecom operators. Detailed measures instated: Upon the extension of the national state of emergency, there is the need to enable the response to certain service requests by telecom operators. According to OSIPTEL’s Usage Conditions of Public Telecommunication Services Regulation, contracting new services requires face to face contact in order for the operator to verify the identity of the subscriber. |
