| The Minister of Telecommunications and the Information Society, Andrés Michelena, through Ministerial Agreement No. 009-2020, dated Sunday, March 22, issued the guidelines on the provision and access to telecommunications services, during the state of national health emergency due to COVID-19. In this context, ARCOTEL will order operators not to suspend the mobile phone and data service, and fixed Internet, due to lack of payment during the national emergency and state of emergency. |
