| The Facebook organization will temporarily reduce the level of video resolution, both on the Facebook platform and on Instagram, in order to reduce network congestion in the period of high demand generated by the mandatory social isolation provided by the Peruvian authorities. The official communication that Facebook sent to the OSIPTEL comes a day after the Peruvian regulatory body made public the need for content providers, like Internet service providers, to manage their networks. |
