| In a bid to improve on the efficiency and transparency in the management of passes for movement of persons and vehicles during periods of lockdowns or restrictions, the National Emergency Operations Centre is implementing an Electronic Pass Management System (e-Pass). This Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) portal should be used by the general public, government, and non-governmental organizations to request passes for essential personnel or vehicles for official movements during lockdown periods. It is the product of collaboration across the Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MOHS), the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC), the Directorate of Science, Technology. and Innovation (DSTI) and private and public sector volunteers. |
