| CONATEL and Honduran operators agreed not to suspend service to customers during the crisis to guarantee that the telecommunications and connectivity services prevail. Likewise, they agreed to provide basic packages free of charge to customers facing difficulties can stay connected as well as access to web portals established by the government. It was also agreed that these measures should not generate any cost for default or affect the user's credit risk. |
