Uninterrupted and sustainable operation of call centers was organized with foresight. In order to promptly receive and respond to requests from citizens regarding permission, the Call Center’s capacity was increased and calls to the number “9108” became temporary free of charge for the period of 3 (three) months. In order to promptly receive and respond to citizens' appeals in regards with the situation, short telephone numbers were allocated for the Call Centers established in the relevant public and private institutions and their approval was provided in telecommunication networks.
