Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trang is a Senior Official of Department of Sciences and Technologies, Ministry of Information and Communications of Viet Nam (since 2018). She is responsible for developing and promoting new technologies and core technologies of 4.0 revolution in the ICT field.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trang holds a Doctorate Degree in Physics from the Laval National University, Quebec, Canada.
