Ulf Larsson is the Programme Manager for the capacity building programme "ICT Regulation - Policy and Practice" for Sub-Saharan Africa that SPIDER at Stockholm University implements jointly with the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority. Ulf holds a Licentiate of Philosophy in the subject area of Information Systems Development from Linköping University, Sweden, and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics in Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. He has a background as a university lecturer and programme manager in in Business Informatics, information modelling and systems development. Ulf has long experience in preparing and implementing professional training programmes with competences from multiple stakeholders. Ulf was previously responsible for ICT in Education projects and partnership contacts at SPIDER.
