Head of International Affairs and European Integration Division of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization (NCCIR, Ukraine) / member of Independence of Regulators and Broadband Expert Working Group, Roaming Expert Working Group of Eastern Partnership Regulators Network (EaPeReg) / representative of EaPeReg Chair 2021.

Nataliia has Master's Degree in International Affairs and in 2007-2010 was an Assistant Lecturer in International Affairs and External Policy studies in Kyiv International University.

In 2012 Nataliia joined International Affairs Division of NCCIR and since then has been responsible for protocol, support of international projects implementation, cooperation with international organizations, as well as European integration.
