Anatol Nevmerzhitski is expert in the field of digital transformation. He has considerable experience in national planning of the ICT infrastructure development; ICT sector analytical study and elaboration of ICT development strategies for communication administrations; development and implementation of regulatory and practical mechanisms to evaluate quality of telecommunications services, development of ICT national standards.

Anatol Nevmerzhitski has professional background from OJSC Girpsvjaz of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, where he dealt with sci tech and analytical support of the ICT sector. Currently, Mr. Nevmerzhitski manages processes of strategic planning and digital transformation in Republican Unitary Enterprise Belpochta, coordinates automation and digitalization of the services, development and implementation of automated systems.

Anatol Nevmerzhitski graduated from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics with a degree in telecommunications networks.
