Riaz Boodram is a dynamic and result oriented Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Economist at the Ministry of Public Administration and Digital Transformation in Trinidad and Tobago where the vision is to be the regional leader in Public Service Transformation. Prior to his inception at the Ministry of Public Administration and Digital Transformation, he graduated from the University of the West Indies with First Class Honors in the fields of Economics, Finance and Accounting where he has attained vast knowledge in financial technology and is in the process of pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation. Riaz is currently a member of the Generation Connect - Americas Youth Group where young leaders from the region are given the opportunity to express their views on the challenges and opportunities as it relates to digital development.
