Vladica Tintor graduated (2004) and earned MSc (2006) and PhD (2009) degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade and in 2008 he took his Executive MBA and Master’s degree in Economics at the Faculty of Economics of Belgrade University following the completion of a post-graduate course jointly organised with École des Hautes Études Commerciales – HEC Paris. Dr Tintor has been with RATEL since it was established. He managed many projects and took part in their implementation, both within RATEL and in cooperation with national and international institutions. During 2008 he served as IRG and BEREC Vice-Chair. Before he was elected director in 2015, he worked as assistant director. Dr Tintor is the author and co-author of numerous papers published in the national and international scientific magazines and conference proceedings in the field of telecoms regulation. During his term of office, RATEL hosted many regional and international events in the field of electronic communications, postal services and information security.
