David Marshack is Managing Director of RKF Engineering Solutions. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, telecom regulation and emerging technology, he specializes in bringing new programs to market. As a Strategic advisor to Loon, David has spent the last two years working across the globe to help foster an environment to support Loon's deployment with national, regional and global regulators. David represents an array of companies across the Satellite, Telecom, and Defense sectors as well as the Venture, Banking and Equity communities where he provides regulatory advice on US and International matters to companies around the globe. David has been supporting internet initiatives in Africa for over 15 years and works with leading technology and satellite companies to provide internet access to the uncovered throughout the world. David and his wife, Robin, are alumni of Middlebury College.
