Eng Mohamed Nour is the Digital Health and Innovation technical officer in the Department of Science, Information, and dissemination in the World Health Organization (WHO), Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office (EMRO). He promotes innovation and digital health, facilitates capacity building workshops on digital health strategy and supports piloting and upscaling innovation in countries of the EM region (22 countries). He is an active member of many global WHO coordination teams for developing and implementing the global digital health strategies and upscaling innovations.
Eng Nour has 30+ years of diversified experience and holds an MBA and higher studies in Computer and Management Information Systems as well as specialized training on Development of Digital Health policies, Geographic Information Systems, Project Management, and Database Management.
